Write To Heal Writing Workshop

Join author Chris Davis every Wednesday 5:30-6:30 ET for skill building and creative prompts that help writers see the world differently. Writing can be helpful in healing.

This week we worked on a skill-building exercise that focused on describing frustration. We practiced staying in the uncomfortable feeling long enough to write about it, without immediately skipping to the resolution.

We also followed this writing prompt, submitted by an attendee:

If you were given your best friend’s body for a year, would you treat it the same as yours or different, knowing that you had to return it?

I know it cooked my noodle! This prompt gave me a chance to walk all the way around the scenario and come up with some unexpected answers!

See you next Wednesday LIVE or catch the replay here on Substack!

You got this,

Chris
